Vicky's kitchen cookbook 

The idea of pulling together all of my favourite nutritious and calorie counted meals came about after frequent conversations with my clients, wanting inspirational ideas for meal preparation and to be able to plan ahead for weekly calorie counted meals, that were hassle free, time saving but also tasty, filling and healthy.
